This exciting new event, supporting LGBTQ charity Regnbågsfonden will open it’s gates right in the middle of Kungsträdgården, in the very heart of the city. Family friendly play areas will run alongside amazing restaurants, fast food stalls, cafés and bars in collaboration with Operakällaren AT. Everything in a huge celebration of love. Stockholm Rainbow Weekend is an inclusive festival for the whole city, where families, food lovers, party pros and music enthusiasts can hang out and mingle. POPSICLE Few Swedish bands have been so distinctive to their contemporary as Popsicle. A band that have paved the way for the Swedish indie scene with their debut album Lacquer, which also later collected a grammis for the band in the category of Rock of the Year.
Last fall, Popsicles influential debut album Lacquer was released for the first time on vinyl, the first edition of 500 copies sold out in one day.
But now, quite unexpectedly, but perhaps also quite right, 25 years after the debut, the success trail continues with some well-chosen club dates and on August 13 they come to Fåfängan’s unique scene for a classic outdoor play in summer Sweden!

Nytorget’s Festival was organised for the first time in 1995 – 1997 in Nytorget with over 25,000 visitors and then moved to Riddarholmen 2001 – 2004 and then Skeppsholmen 2011. Since 2017 it is back in Nytorget.

The festival is now also in collaboration with the immensely popular photography exhibition, Planket STHLM, and Stockholm Hippie Market.
Now it is time for this year’s edition of the Nytorg Festival and the new tradition: Hippie Market. This year it will take over most of Katarina Bangata with new and old salesmen of crafts, food and clothing, art exhibitions, DJs and music as well as a new yoga and meditation center.

They invite the audience on both classic numbers and newly arranged works. Strongly influenced by the legendary dancers and musicians from Harlem’s dance halls and jazz hooks, they have created a rhythmic, swinging and speedy performance.

Now it is finally time for this year’s edition of the Stockholm Culture Festival. This year, the theme for the Culture Festival is Space. A theme presented together with the Swedish Space Agency. Experience planets, stars, infinity and astronauts in the form of dance, music, conversation and film.
As usual, the festival will invite a wide range of Swedish and international music, circus, family program, walks and specially produced art in summer stockholm.
The festival takes place in the inner city of Stockholm; Everything at the Cultural Festival is free with the exception of “walks” – guided city walks with a variety of themes that cost SEK 30 each.
A three-day music and folk party in the heart of Södermalm. The festival wants to offer guests an experience of music, art, colors, food joy, service and quality. Nytorgsfesten is a festival for the whole family. Activity and schedule are announced continuously.
Nytorget’s Festival was organised for the first time in 1995 – 1997 in Nytorget with over 25,000 visitors and then moved to Riddarholmen 2001 – 2004 and then Skeppsholmen 2011. Since 2017 it is back in Nytorget.
You will be invited to music, dining experiences, flea market, art, yoga, amusement park and more.
The festival is now also in collaboration with the immensely popular photography exhibition, Planket STHLM, and Stockholm Hippie Market.
Now it is time for this year’s edition of the Nytorg Festival and the new tradition: Hippie Market. This year it will take over most of Katarina Bangata with new and old salesmen of crafts, food and clothing, art exhibitions, DJs and music as well as a new yoga and meditation center.

For the fourth year on a row returns Tough Viking Kids to Gärdet in connection with their big race. Giving every child a fantastic experience with big and fun obstacles. All children get medals and headbands!
Classic tiptoe with the Royal Ballet performing the second part from a technically complete ballet. Giselle is one of the ballet world’s most beloved works, with signed legend, prima ballerinan Natalia Markarova.

Violet Days consists of Swedish Lina Hansson and Kris Eriksson who have built an impressive reputation as songwriters and producers. For example, Kris was nominated for the Music Publishers Prize 2017 and won a BMI Award in 2018 for his work with artists such as Phoebe Ryan and The Chainsmokers. In 2018 they released their debut EP “Made In My Head”, a dreamy electronic pop collection that includes the track “Just A Little”. The song was chosen as “the week’s song” and when the year was summed up it was placed in sixth place on P3 in the Music Guide’s best-of-breed list of both Swedish and international repertoire. They were also named “The Artist of the Future” and appeared on P3 Love.
