Meditation and tour at the Moderna Museet
Exercisplan 4, 111 49 Stockholm, SwedenJoin a tour with the spiritual and existential in art in focus.
Participate in a tour with meditation after opening hours when peace has settled in the museum. Together with art educator Jessica Eldenstjärna, you’ll explore different artists’ ways of approaching and expressing the spiritual or dimensions beyond our ordinary reality. Turning our attention inward in a guided meditation. It will be an encounter with art based on the presence of all your senses.
You’ll see a selection of works of art with a different focus on each occasion. These become the starting point for contemplation and reflective conversations in connection with the tour.Thursday 28 October:
