The fire festival at Skansen

With the hosts Sina Valiollah and Nazanin Nour, an entire sparkling evening with ice dance shows, traditional jumps of fires, children’s activities, fragrant food and fantastic artists from all over the world – including Jasmine Kara and Süperstar Orkestar!

    With the singer Dani Filth in the lead, Cradle Of Filth from Suffolk, England has played a major role in the extreme hair dryer since the debut The Principle Of Evil Made Flesh from 1994. In September, the band’s twelfth studio album Cryptoriana – The Seductinveness Of Decay is released.

    As a special guest on this show, we see no less than the Portuguese goth metal band Moonspell. Even they have made a huge impression in the extreme metal for the past 20 years and they have acquired a large number of fans in Sweden.
    Do not miss this chance to see two of the best bands in the genre on the same evening.

    Salif Keita:
    Salif Keita, known as “Africa’s Golden Voice”, is one of the afro pop’s great pioneers. He was born as a prince, related in straight descending joints with Mali’s king and founder, thus prohibited by singing to sing. But he challenged the conventions and became a musician. In the 60’s and 70’s he was singer in the legendary bands Super Rail Band de Bamako and Les Ambassadeurs.

    Salif Keita is constantly up to date and tours all over the world. He has won several awards and recently received prestigious AFRIMA Legendary Award in place in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

She has shared a scene with artists such as Chucho Valdés, Omara Portuondo, Fito Páez, and Ray Lema. She is also a member of legendary Sinintese nominated for a Latin Grammy.
