    08/11/2018-18/11/2018
Gustav Adolfs torg 22, 111 52 Stockholm, Sweden

The festival has more female directors than ever, in total 22 films from the ones that are included in the competition, have been directed by women. This means more women have the chance to win in the different categories of Stockholm’s International Film Festival than in any other internationally recognised film festival.

    Studio Live | Oscar Zia

    20:00 -21:00
    08/11/2018
    Fotografiska, Stadsgårdshamnen 22, 116 45 Stockholm

On May 9, 2013, Zia’s debut single “#fail”was released, and later on the 26th of August, he released his second single “WithoutU” on Spotify.

Oscar Zia performed at the Melodi Festival 2014 for the second time with the song “Yes we can”. The song was written by Fredrik Kempe, David Kreuger and Hamed “K-One” Pirouzpanah. Oscar Zia went straight to the final and later finishing eighth place.

On his upcoming album, the lyrics are about misfortune, but the melodies are happy. The sound is hopeful, electronic and with a dirty and the same raw production than before. A sound developed with producers who also worked with Danny Saucedo, Sabina Ddumba, Daniel Adams Ray, Veronica Maggio and Cherrie. The songs have Oscar Zia written with Linnea Henriksson, Julia Adams, Miss Li, Ji Nilsson and Dude MADFUN (Madelene Eliasson and Fanny Hultman).
