Hello March, we’ve been waiting for you! Always hoping that this month will bring the blooming of an anticipated spring, lots of events and happenings lining up to take us into bright rides of joy and expectation. SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS

The fire festival at Skansen

With the hosts Sina Valiollah and Nazanin Nour, an entire sparkling evening with ice dance shows, traditional jumps of fires, children’s activities, fragrant food and fantastic artists from all over the world – including Jasmine Kara and Süperstar Orkestar!

Tempo Documentary Festival 2020

Tempo is Sweden’s largest festival for documentary expression. This year Tempo’s theme is Family and the program is filled with interesting touches in the innermost sphere.

    That Juice WRLD has taken the music world by storm this past year is more than a fact. After releasing his debut single “Lucid Dreams” in 2018, his name has topped the charts around the world and the streaming figures are increasing at the same rate as the heart beat. For the second week in a row, his latest album release “Death Race For Love” is on the Billboard list.

    Jessie Reyez makes her big solo Stockholm debut at Stadium. Her musical CV is filled at a high pace as she has collaborated with big names like Eminem, Calvin Harris and Kehlani.

    The scene will also be visited by the internet sensations and the great stars of the future: Brooklyn-born Rico Nasty, Britain’s R&B jump Ama Lou and the underground rap talent Flohio. Although their musical tone is different, they have one thing in common: they have been praised up to the skies by music journalists and tastemakers from all over the world.

     

    – The stadium will really boil in July. There has not been a similar hip hop festival in the capital before. “We are really looking forward to these two days, ”says Sulekha Daar, press officer, Smash.

    In the summer of 2018, Vi Som Älskar 90-Talet had 3 completely sold out shows in Sweden. Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsingborg had respectively their hosting venues and 30,000, 90s enthusiasts celebrated, danced, remembered and kept the memories of three amazing Saturdays in July.

    Well known artists will also reunite in 2019 in a fantastic “line up”, so count on a hit cavalcade with most and best of the 90’s & 00’s music heroes where nostalgia is at the center.

    It is a festival that absolutely raises memories to life, evokes shudders and strong emotions.

  • Weezer at Grönan Live

    The American rock band Weezer took the world by storm in 1994 with their giant hit “Buddy Holly” and has since sold over 17 million albums, won a Grammy Awards and five MTV Music Awards.

    Their latest album “Pacific Daydream” came in 2017 where the song “Feels Like Summer” was streamed over 33 million times at the time of writing. Their are in an European tour, where their only stop in Sweden will be on Gröna Lund’s Stora Scen.
