As spring is in full swing, Stockholm Beauty Week prepares to host its 11th annual fair at Berns, with a plethora of events lined up for attendees. This year’s event marks a premiere location for the fair, as it is held across three floors, with exhibitors showcasing beauty and lifestyle products.
The program for this year’s event is packed, with an airy auditorium on the first floor featuring an array of events, while artists such as Therése Neaimé and activities are scheduled to perform on the main stage in the Ballroom. The Club NEU will be hosting a 360-degree photo experience, and three fashion shows – yoga, bathing, and party – will be held on the lovely terrace.
Beauty enthusiasts can spend an entire day and evening exploring the fair and enjoying a range of activities. A ticket for two can be purchased for SEK 150, either at the door or in advance. Those looking for a more relaxed experience can enjoy the lounges, which have free entry.
Participants at the fair can also benefit from the Expert Panel hosted by Dagens Esthetik Live, which will include some of Sweden’s most skilled players in skin, injection, and body treatments. The panel will answer current questions, talk about news, and give advice. Participants in the panel include Helen Sand, a skin therapist who runs Heléns Beautycenter in Gothenburg and Borås, Daniella Baptista, skin and spa therapist and owner of Spa of Sweden, Narmeen Kelly, responsible for Beautybox in Bromma, and Janine Bichara, a nurse and part of the Aesthetic Injection Council.
Additionally, trend scouting with Victus Medical will be hosted at 7 PM, where attendees can participate in a discussion about future skincare trends and upcoming must-have treatments. This is a fantastic opportunity for attendees to network with each other and gain more insight for the summer and autumn.
Berns has lunch, coffee, and bubbly, specially adapted for the beauty week on the two terraces. With two floors and over 80 exhibitors, beauty professionals and enthusiasts are in for a treat at this year’s fair.
Stockholm Beauty Week is now organized twice a year, and those with possible questions can contact Maria Forssén, the person in charge, at 0708-733637 and [email protected]. The fair is also open to sponsorship for those unable to exhibit or staff their booth on-site.
Maria Forssén, the founder of Stockholm Beauty Week, has organized the tone-setting beauty fair since 2014. Her unique insight into the industry combined with a genuine respect for practitioners, entrepreneurs, and producers make her one of the most important players in the beauty world. Forssén’s beauty routine includes facial massages with guasha and nice massage oil from MeAnima, Fillmeds peel once a week, MASQ+ sheet masks once a week, and customized mask and tools treatment from Dr. Belter.
The fair is not just about beauty products but also about spreading awareness of the importance of self-care and taking care of oneself. Forssén emphasizes the importance of having a nice bathroom cabinet to encourage product usage, visiting a skin therapist at least once every two months, and maintaining good skincare habits.
Stockholm Beauty Week is set to take place on Tuesday, May 30 from 10.00 to 21.00 at Berns, and beauty professionals and enthusiasts are invited to indulge in the latest trends and products while connecting with other industry professionals. See the website
