This year is the 12th annual SHOCKHOLM and with each year bigger than the last, it is Scandinavia’s largest Halloween parade!
SHOCKHOLM is a non-profit and our yearly event is always free to attend! SHOCKHOLM promotes creativity, inclusion, and positivity in the community. Bring yourself and all your friends in your best Halloween costume. Be ready for a frightful time for the whole family!

2014 you saw us build the world’s largest Halloween pumpkin, Herr Storpumpa, looking out over Stockholm from the arena formerly known as Globen. And things in 2022 are only going to get better, with our most interactive and exciting parade yet - and we have lots of surprises still up our cloaks.

Simply ‘like’ the SHOCKHOLM Facebook page to qualify and show up at the Medborgarplatsen at 16:00 on Saturday 5th November, 2022 where the audience voting will occur. Prizes will be awarded after the parade there on stage at Kungsträdgården for Best costume by age group under 5, 5-9, 10-19, 20-35, over 35, Cosplay and Best In Show.
