<p>In May 2020, legendary prima ballerina Irina Kolesnikova returns to Cirkus in Stockholm following a sold-out Swedish debut with the St Petersburg Ballet Theater in May 2019.</p>
<p>The world-famous ballerina once again leads the SPBT's stars in an enchanting set of Lake Swan.</p>
<p>It's classic ballet at its best. The performance is given in its full length and is accompanied by the St. Petersburg Ballet Theater Orchestra performing Tjajkovsky's powerful and unforgettable music.</p>
<p>The Swan Lake tells the story of the young prince Siegfried who falls in love with the swan princess Odette, a young woman who was transformed into a white swan by the evil sorcerer Rothbart.</p>
<p>It is a story of true love that overcomes everything.</p>
<p>Irina Kolesnikova is unique in the role of Odette / Odile. She has danced in the Swan Lake almost a thousand times and this role has become her personal staple.</p>
