Stockholm Pride is the largest pride festival in the Nordic region. Since 1998, it has been working to highlight LGBTQ issues and create a free zone for homosexuals, bisexuals, trans and queer persons and the gender expressions that exist in the LGBTQ movement.

There are different events taking place around the city such as the Pride Parade, music and talks at Pride Park seminaries, and workshops at Clarion Stockholm Hotel. Follow the link to check out their program to find out what’s going on, where and when.

On the 2nd and 3rd of August 2019, Sweden will witness the birth of a brand new festival of love, Stockholm Rainbow Weekend. This exciting new event, supporting LGBTQ charity Regnbågsfonden will open it’s gates right in the middle of Kungsträdgården, in the very heart of the city. And what’s best, it’s completely free to attend.

Family friendly play areas will run alongside amazing restaurants, fast food stalls, cafés and bars in collaboration with Operakällaren AT. Everything in a huge celebration of love. Stockholm Rainbow Weekend is an inclusive festival for the whole city, where families, food lovers, party pros and music enthusiasts can hang out and mingle. It caters to all ages, sexual preferences and nationalities, all under the colours of the rainbow.

Six years have passed since we last saw P! NK on Swedish soil – back then in front of a crowded Ericsson Globe during the The Truth About Love tour. Now it’s finally time for a new visit from one of the most celebrated live artists!

Last fall, P! NK released her seventh studio album “Beautiful Trauma”, which sold to platinum directly and placed her # 1 on Billboard’s “200 Chart”. The first single from the album “What About Us” was nominated for a Grammy Award for “Best Pop Solo Performance”.

Famous for her unique voice and strong stage presence, the international pop star P! NK celebrates the “Beautiful Trauma World Tour 2019” with a few stops in Europe.

Still riding high from the amazing premiere last year, 2019’s event takes place again during Stockholm Pride at venue Kraken. The evening starts out with interesting lectures and talks with influential people from the world of drag and continues on with music, competitions and of course lots of fabulous performances!

STOCKWIG hopes to be a platform for progressive performance art and the freedom of expressing one self through the art form of drag.

Absolutely 90’s invites you to another decadent 90’s XXL-Pride party with room for over 1200 party kids and where no less than the boy band giants FIVE will take over Backdoor’s stage.
