Practices include invigorating physical postures (Directional Movement and Yoga Namaskar), breathing methods (Kriya), Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) and meditation.With regular practice of the tools taught during the session, one can reap immense benefits:
• Enhances vitality, focus, memory and productivity
• Stabilises body, mind and emotions
• Strengthens the spine
• Relieves back pain, stress and anxiety

The workshops are open to all over 7 years of age and do not require any fitness level or previous exposure to yoga
Workshops are held for 1h 30min to allow interaction and the possibility to ask questions in the end.
The practices taught can be done anywhere between 5 to 21 minutes
Ongoing online support will be made available after the session.

29th Stockholm International Film Festival
Gustav Adolfs torg 22, 111 52 Stockholm, SwedenStockholm International Film Festival is about to blow its 29th candle with an edition that will feature 159 film premieres from 60 countries during 7-18 of November. Furthermore, 40 filmmakers, actors and actresses will participate in the festival activities.
The festival has more female directors than ever, in total 22 films from the ones that are included in the competition, have been directed by women. This means more women have the chance to win in the different categories of Stockholm’s International Film Festival than in any other internationally recognised film festival.
