Hello March, we’ve been waiting for you! Always hoping that this month will bring the blooming of an anticipated spring, lots of events and happenings lining up to take us into bright rides of joy and expectation. SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS

The fire festival at Skansen

With the hosts Sina Valiollah and Nazanin Nour, an entire sparkling evening with ice dance shows, traditional jumps of fires, children’s activities, fragrant food and fantastic artists from all over the world – including Jasmine Kara and Süperstar Orkestar!

Tempo Documentary Festival 2020

Tempo is Sweden’s largest festival for documentary expression. This year Tempo’s theme is Family and the program is filled with interesting touches in the innermost sphere.

Sausage Festival Stockholm 2020

    Nytorgsfesten 2019 - Nytorget's Festival

    A three-day music and folk party in the heart of Södermalm. The festival wants to offer guests an experience of music, art, colors, food joy, service and quality. Nytorgsfesten is a festival for the whole family. Activity and schedule are announced continuously.

     

    Nytorget’s Festival was organised for the first time in 1995 – 1997 in Nytorget with over 25,000 visitors and then moved to Riddarholmen 2001 – 2004 and then Skeppsholmen 2011. Since 2017 it is back in Nytorget.

     

    You will be invited to music, dining experiences, flea market, art, yoga, amusement park and more.

     

    The festival is now also in collaboration with the immensely popular photography exhibition, Planket STHLM, and Stockholm Hippie Market.

    Now it is time for this year’s edition of the Nytorg Festival and the new tradition: Hippie Market. This year it will take over most of Katarina Bangata with new and old salesmen of crafts, food and clothing, art exhibitions, DJs and music as well as a new yoga and meditation center.

    Stockholm Film Festival Summer Cinema: Call Me by Your Name

    Take your friends with and enjoy some of the world’s best movies under the open sky.

     

    The movie starts when it gets dark approx at 21:00. But there are different activities starting from 6pm so arrive early.

    Sunday August 18, Call Me by Your Name by Luca Guadagnino is screened.
