The wait is over! Canadian indy rock band METRIC who just recently released its music video for the new single "Dark Saturday" and simultaneously is coming to Sweden on Saturday the 27th of October, playing at Kägelbanan in Stockholm.
With songs like "Help I'm Alive", "Sick Muse" and "Gimme Sympahty", METRIC has attracted fans worldwide and been heard in contexts like One Tree Hill, The Vampire Diaries, 90210, Grays Anatomy, FIFA and The Twilight Saga.
On September 21, the band released its seventh studio album, produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who previously worked with artists like M83, Beck and Nine Inch Nails. The album has been recorded in METRIC's studio in Toronto and has been mixed by the legendary Tony Hoffer, whose also worked with names like Phoenix, Depeche Mode and Air. "Dark Saturday" is the first taste from this latest production.
