A former tram driver from Helsinki captivates the world with his dreamy pop disco.

Jaakko Eino Kalevi is on a journey where cosmic disco meets pop that meets sweet saxophones. The Finnish artist, who was born in Jyväskylä and who moved to Helsinki and drove a tram - before moving to Berlin to pursue a music career may no longer be undermined. Now we know who he is. We have read reviews where his music has been lovingly compared to Finnish criminals Jimi Tenor, the pop geniuses of Hall and Oates and disco legend Giorgio Moroder. In short, we know that this is an update and declaration of love for the eighties.

On the album Out of Touch (yes, you remember the Hall and Oates song?) Jaakko Eino Kalevi takes another step in his career. It is more mature, more confident - but still just as magically beautiful and personal. Melancholic from the previous album is also there. Like the romantic gestures. Here is a lot of heart and pain to spew from the scene!
