Berlin duo ModeSeleKtor has had huge successes as well as in the one half in the superband Moderate together with the singer Apparat. You saw Moderat last time in Stockholm at Berns last year and this year Modeselektor headlined Roskilde Festival. Few groups are as hot today as them and now they finally come to Stockholm for an exclusive DJ set.
Pitchfork wrote in 2012 that Modeselektor's experimental techno has presented their vision of Berlin to the outside world and put the city on the map as the world's club Meca. Modeselektor themselves say that their music is influenced by all genres of the world's music, resulting in a controlled chaos. We can safely say that their music has got critics to raise their eyebrows and got the hearts to double beat at the dance floor world wide since the first release "Hello Mom!" In 2006.
