There is a difference between concerts and concerts. The Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós has over 20 years of existence made a name for offering gigs that seem to be more like supernatural experiences than regular concerts. With a pervasive voice that commutes between conveying hope, sorrow and other feelings that are universal to man, Sigur Rós is a unique band. After being a quartet for a long time, the group now seems like a trio, and is currently in the process of completing music for an upcoming eighth studio album.
